The “Wei Qi Field” is a field of energy located close to the skin surface on the outside of your body. Think of it as your immune system or defense system against DIS-EASE. Zhan Zhuan Qigong strengthens the Wei Qi Field to prevent COVID.
My first experience with Ling Kong Jing started unintentionally during my normal standing Qi-healing session with my clients years ago. I noticed that my clients appeared to move backwards whenever I raised my hands to do Qi-healing without physical contact. These unusual phenomenon which occurred frequently started my inquiry and research on Ling Kong Jing, the empty force, for energy healing and self-defense. My theoretical premise was that if Qi can be used for Qi-healing, then it can also be used for self-defense.
The practice of Zhan Zhuang Qigong aligns the body’s EMF with the Earth’s EMF and enables the body to root down, and increase our ability to induct and conduct this EM force. The longer, and the more you train, the stronger your electromagnetic field (EMF) gets. This is essentially how Lin Kong Jing, the empty force, manifests when called on for healing or self-defense.
The practice aligns the body’s EMF with the Earth’s EMF and heaven’s Tian Qi, spiritual divine energy, purifying the physical body, calming the emotional body, and opening the heart/ elevating the Spirit together with building the Three Treasures – Jing, Qi and Shen – developing the Energy Bubble (Lightbody) leading to whole body enlightenment.
Twenty-five years ago, I had no knowledge of Ling Kong Jing before that time which was as mysterious as Qi-healing itself, I became a motivated daily Zhan Zhuang Qigong practitioner when I read and viewed Paul Dong’s book “Empty Force” and his student Sifu Rich Mooney’s book “Ling Kong Jing”. Practicing the standing like a tree meditation, Zhan Zhuang Qigong, as taught by Sifu Rich Mooney made a big difference in my progress in using Qi for energy healing and most of all, for self-defense. My previous knowledge and training in Qi-healing with the sitting and standing non-moving and moving Qigong and meditation practices have assisted greatly my standing meditation postures in developing strong, smooth-flowing Qi channels, and strengthening and expanding my auric electromagnetic field (EMF) which I believe make the use of the empty force for energy healing and self-defense possible.
The introduction of Zhan Zhuang Qigong practice and its healing benefits also made me interested in doing a thorough research on the Guru Yoga of Tibetan Buddhism and studied Qi Dao (Tibetan Shamanic Qigong) taught by Lama Tantrapa (2009) after I watched Buddhist Master Dondrup Dorje (aka Leung Fong or Dr. Yeung) do several excellent demonstrations on Ling Kong Jing with lectures on Buddhist related topics such as Buddha nature, compassion and emptiness, void power, energy bubble, empty force and classical Qigong with the Tao wisdom application discussed at Kong Jin Qigong.

Vagus nerve, also called X cranial nerve or 10th cranial nerve, longest and most complex of the cranial nerves. The vagus nerve runs from the brain through the face and thorax to the abdomen. It is a mixed nerve that contains parasympathetic fibres. The vagus nerve has two sensory ganglia (masses of nerve tissue that transmit sensory impulses): the superior and the inferior ganglia. The branches of the superior ganglion innervate the skin in the concha of the ear. The inferior ganglion gives off two branches: the pharyngeal nerve and the superior laryngeal nerve. The recurrent laryngeal nerve branches from the vagus in the lower neck and upper thorax to innervate the muscles of the larynx (voice box). The vagus also gives off cardiac, esophageal, and pulmonary branches. In the abdomen the vagus innervates the greater part of the digestive tract and other abdominal viscera.
The vagus nerve has the most extensive distribution of the cranial nerves. Its pharyngeal and laryngeal branches transmit motor impulses to the pharynx and larynx; its cardiac branches act to slow the rate of heartbeat; its bronchial branch acts to constrict the bronchi; and its esophageal branches control involuntary muscles in the esophagus, stomach, gallbladder, pancreas, and small intestine, stimulating peristalsis and gastrointestinal secretions.
Vagus nerve stimulation, in which the nerve is stimulated with pulses of electricity, is sometimes used for patients with epilepsy or depression that is otherwise untreatable; the technique has also been explored for conditions such as Alzheimer disease and migraine.
With continued practice, toning, chanting and humming will literally “tone” the vagus nerve which can help to regulate the nervous system by slowing the heart rate and lowering blood pressure.

At just 16 years old, Filipino student scientist Maria Isabel Layson has discovered potential anti-diabetic components in the aratiles fruit (Muntingia calabura).
Known in the Philippines as sarisa and elsewhere as the Jamaican cherry, the aratiles fruit goes by many names in Malaysia, and is known locally as ceri Siam and ceri kampung, among others.
Hailing from Iloilo City, the teen was part of the Philippine delegation that competed in the Intel International Science and Engineering Fair in Arizona, United States last month.
According to an ABS-CBN report, Layson joined the prestigious research competition because she wanted to address the problem of diabetes and find out how her research of the aratiles fruit could help solve that.
Her research had found bioactive compounds like anthocyanin, flavonoids and polyphenol in the fruit.
“Nobody pays attention to the fruit and its medicinal properties. They don’t realise that it has the potential for becoming a regulator of diabetes,” she said.
Layson is among the pioneer recipients of the Gokongwei Brothers Foundation Young Scientist Award.
In a video interview on the foundation’s YouTube channel, Layson said the fruit can be used as a functional food.
“Basically, it’s just the fruit itself so you could take in the fruit and acquire the antioxidant and anti-diabetic properties,” she added.
Her research will identify more specific compounds and she will also delve into research involving other diseases.
Some 3.6 million Malaysians are suffering from diabetes, the highest rate of incidence in Asia and one of the highest in the world.
Seven million Malaysian adults are likely to have diabetes by 2025.

Curcumin is the yellow-orange antioxidant in the Indian spice turmeric. Earlier lab studies have found many health benefits, but because curcumin is hard to absorb, doctors have questioned its usefulness in humans. In this study, researchers used a curcumin-lipid mixture that would improve absorption, even at a relatively low dose.
In the study, 38 healthy men and women, aged 40 to 60, took 80 mg of curcumin per day, or a placebo. After four weeks, while there were no changes for placebo, compared to the start of the study, those who took curcumin had an average decline in triglycerides of 15 mg per deciliter of blood and significantly higher blood levels of nitric oxide, which helps lower blood pressure. Doctors also found lower levels of a molecule linked to artery clogging, higher levels of an antioxidant enzyme, lower levels of an enzyme linked to liver disease, and a small drop in beta amyloid protein, which is linked to brain aging and Alzheimer’s disease.

Brenda L. of Ohio: Breast Cancer
“Eight years ago, Brenda was diagnosed with breast cancer. It was in stage I when they found it. She underwent the lumpectomy and sentinel node biopsy.
A lumpectomy is where just the tumor is removed as well as the normal breast tissue that closely surrounds the tumor. Sentinel node refers to the first lymph node(s) that drains from the breast tumor area (found by injecting a radioactive dye).
“They shoot radiation into your breast and they follow it up to the nodes to make sure that you don’t have cancer in your lymph nodes. And I did not, so all I had to have was radiation…and hormone therapy. Because my cancer was fed by the estrogen.”

“That’s the drug from Hell, too…the hot flashes were like a hundred times worse. I mean you just break out into a sweat all over. For no reason. I mean 25, 30 times a day. But you can afterwards.”
Brenda still has scars from the over-spray of the radiation, now, eight years later. It burned her skin. Brenda was lucky that she’s dark skinned. After the treatment, “…they were surprised because they said, most of the time, the skin peels away. But I’m part Indian. They said I did very well.”
One of her breasts is bigger than the other because of the effects of the radiation.
“After the radiation, it left you very drained. And, so nauseous, you didn’t even want to think about food.”
Brenda had heard that cannabis was good for treating the nausea following cancer therapy. So she tried it. “And I could eat my dinner.”
Maintaining a consistent weight was important. The wasting that follows this kind of treatment can kill just as easily as the cancer it’s self.
Brenda underwent thirty-five days of radiation. “Boom, boom, boom.” That’s the deliberate way the treatments went. Then, another type of radiation. “They gave me two different kinds.”
“If I hadn’t had the cannabis to get through the nauseousness, I would have lost weight and, I don’t know, who knows what would have happened.”
“Cannabis gives me a lift. It doesn’t lay me back or anything. I want to do things, and it gave me energy that I didn’t have at that time. I could eat. That was the important thing.”
Since she smoked her cannabis, she did have some respiratory irritation, but that was minimal and could have been remedied if she would have known about vaporizers.
Brenda also suffers from arthritis in her knee and in her hip. In addition, she has chronic pain in her feet and has had surgery in both of them.
“…I get around real well. Fifty-seven and I still mow the grass. I usually smoke cannabis before I do. It kind of lessens the pain and keeps me going.”

Catherine Adaberry of Missouri: Breast Cancer
Catherine developed breast cancer in 2002. She was in her 40’s. No one in her family had ever dealt with the disease. It was a difficult time for her and her loved ones. She underwent surgery and considerable chemotherapy and radiation treatments. “Physically, it took quite a toll on me…I was very sick.”
“I was sick the whole time, and I used marijuana. It helped.”
She had heard that cannabis could help with those battling cancer. A member of her extended family had dealt with brain cancer. He used cannabis and attributed his prolonged life to his use of cannabis.
With the chemo, Catherine didn’t want to eat. She just didn’t have an appetite. She was a nervous wreck. “I would smoke and I could eat. I would smoke and I could sleep. With the radiation, it was the same thing.”
“There’s just so much stress with having cancer. I mean, your hair falls out. You don’t feel good. I had grand babies during that time and I couldn’t hold them. I was an emotional wreck. It helped. So many pills…you don’t want to take another pill. It was so much better just to smoke – and to eat – and to smoke – and to sleep.”
She lived in Sheldon and would have to travel to treatment in Kansas City or Joplin. When she was undergoing chemotherapy, she would have to spend the night there. It was stressful having to carry cannabis with her. But it was necessary, to get through the treatments.
She would tell others who were also battling cancer about cannabis. “It helps with your stomach. Your stomach is just in knots all the time. It does help. It helped me a lot.”
The stress of trying to find cannabis was particular hard. It’s unfortunate, but most cancer patients across this country have to go to the street to get their medicine; from someone they don’t know, dealing out of their car. Never knowing what they are getting. “And you don’t know what kind of trouble you might be getting yourself into, either. If it would have been legal, things would have been a lot easier.”
These days, she’s doing well. But she still talks to people about cannabis; those diagnosed with cancer. If they can’t eat or can’t sleep – “I know it will help them.”

It Works (Abstract)
There is a plentiful supply of research articles and personal testaments that show the efficacy of cannabis effecting cancer remission. However, only a few point to the mechanism by which the cancer cells die. To understand this better we need to know what metabolic processes provide life to the cells.
There are two structures in most cells that sustains life; one is the mitochondria, and the other is the endoplasmic reticulum. The mitochondria primarily produces adenosine triphosphate (ATP) that provides the necessary energy. The endoplasmic reticulum (ER) is a loosely bound envelope around the cell nucleus that synthesizes metabolites and proteins directed by the nuclear DNA that nourish and sustain the cell.
Let us look first at tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and observe that THC is a natural fit for the CB1 cannabinoid receptor on the cancer cell surface. When THC hits the receptor, the cell generates ceramide that disrupts the mitochondria, closing off energy for the cell.
Disruption of the mitochondria releases cytochrome c and reactive oxygen species into the cytosol, hastening cell death. It is notable that this process is specific to cancer cells. Healthy cells have no reaction to THC at the CB1 receptor. The increase in ceramide also disrupts calcium metabolism in the mitochondria, completing the demise to cell death.
The other cannabinoid we know is effective in killing cancer cells is cannabidiol (CBD). The primary job of CBD in the cancer cell is to disrupt the endoplasmic reticulum through wrecking of the calcium metabolism, pushing calcium into the cytosol. This always results in cell death. Another pathway for CBD to effect cancer cell death is the Caspase Cascade, which breaks down proteins and peptides in the cell. When this happens the cell cannot survive. Again, these processes are specific to cancer cells, no normal cells are affected.

Initially, nine years ago, I persistently learned and practiced Wuji Qigong from Taoist Master Michael Winn, Sheng Zhen Wuji Yuan Gong from

Also known as “Walking Qigong”, was invented by Guo Lin (1909-1984).
Guo Lin was diagnosed with cancer in the 1940s and underwent extensive surgery. Using the traditional Qi Gong her grandfather had taught her and her knowledge of TCM, she developed a new form to aid in her recovery now known as Guo Lin Qi Gong. After a full recovery she began to teach to the public.
Following the success enjoyed by many other patients, in 1977 she approached the National Health Department to advocate a new approach to cancer combining the strengths of western medicine, traditional Chinese medicine and Guo Lin Qi Gong.

According to Chinese Medical Qigong Therapy, “Qigong is a powerful system of healing and energy medicine from China. All living bodies generate an external field of energy called Wei Qi (pronounced “whey chee”), which translates as “protective energy.” The definition of Wei Qi in Medical Qigong is slightly different than that of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). In classical TCM texts, the Wei Qi field is seen to be limited to the surface of the body, circulating within the tendon and muscle tissues. In Medical Qigong, however, the Wei Qi field also includes the three external layers of the body’s auric and subtle energy fields. This energy originates from each of the internal organs and radiates through the external tissues. There the Wei Qi forms an energy field that radiates from the entire physical body. This field of Qi protects the body from the invasion of external pathogens and communicates with, as well as interacts with, the surrounding universal and environmental energy fields.
Both internal and external pathogenic factors affect the structural formation of the Wei Qi. The internal factors include suppressed emotional influences (such as anger and grief from emotional traumas). The external factors include environmental influences when they are too severe or chronic, such as Cold, Damp, Heat or Wind, etc. Physical traumas also affect the Wei Qi field.
Any negative interchange affects the Wei Qi by literally creating holes within the matrix of the individual’s external energetic fields. When left unattended, these holes leave the body vulnerable to penetration, and disease begins to take root in the body. Strong emotions, in the form of toxic energy, become trapped within the body’s tissues when we hold back or do not integrate our feelings. These unprocessed emotions block the natural flow of Qi, thus creating stagnant pools of toxic energy within the body.
The body has an energy field that is composed of energetic lines called meridians and channels. Energetic blockages in these channels cause imbalances in the energy field, which can lead to dis-ease. A free flow of energy is needed in the body and energy system for good health and well-being.

Ions are invisible particles, either molecules or atoms, which bear an electric charge. Why Drink Alkaline Water?
Ionization (passing an electrical charge through water) raises the pH of tap water from around 6 to 9.5 and increases the anti-oxidants in the water. Ionized water acts as a solvent on acidic waste stored in the body and dissolves it to be removed by the blood.
Ionization cuts the size of the water molecular cluster in half. This smaller cluster can penetrate the cellular membranes of the body easier, thus speeding new tissue building and waste removal.
