Having diagnosed with early symptom of glaucoma (interocular pressure) early 2021, I started taking Simbrinza eye drops as a daily western treatment to prevent and treat interocular pressure.

I also started daily intracranial intranasal light therapies: Vielight neuro gamma, X-plus and 655 prime with Ubiquinol and magnesium, omega-3, turmeric, lutein and vitamin D supplements together with vagus nerve Qi-healing, Buteyko breathing and Wing Chun Qigong.

So far, the interocular pressure has subsided by the use of all these therapies with or without SIMBRINZA eye drops with side effects.
