These ten books have the same goal: to offer readers how-to-techniques to manage stress in their daily lives and spiritually awaken when stress is cleared and released. These keys to your healing – are the non-sectarian how-to-techniques that have been personally practiced and developed for 30 years by the author, Ricardo B Serrano, and have been tested in clinical setting by him, his clients, and other Taoist, Buddhist and Yoga meditation and Qigong practitioners of every pantheistic – All is God – tradition for centuries for healing and personal transformation.

The first book Meditation and Qigong Mastery elaborates on the meditation and Qigong principles that masters use to activate and develop their lightbodies, also called EMF (electromagnetic fields), Wei Qi or merkaba, which is the missing mastery principle not discussed by eastern authors in their meditation and Qigong books. Omkabah heart lightbody activation and Maitreya (Shiva) Shen Gong are introduced. Quotations on inner mastery by meditation masters are included to guide the readers toward the path of inner mastery. Powerful mantras are also included to unite the meditation practitioners to the spiritual divine energy of the ancient lineage of the Siddha and Buddhist Masters. The second book Return to Oneness with the Tao elaborates on the Taoist meditation and Qigong inner alchemy techniques such as lower dantien breathing, Microcosmic Orbit Qigong, primordial wuji Qigong, meditation on twin hearts, and Tibetan Shamanic Qigong to cultivate the Three Treasures Jing, Qi and Shen. The third book Return to Oneness with Spirit through Pan Gu Shen Gong elaborates on the use of Pan Gu Shen Gong together with the EFT Qi-healer’s Method to effectively clear and release the emotional debris held in the body, cultivate the Three Treasures Jing, Qi and Shen, and strengthen one’s self-awareness through an integrated combination of Toltec wisdom, Qigong, Qi-healing, emotional freedom technique therapy, ear acupuncture, and Chinese tonic herbs. We are sick because we are not aware. Awareness is the key to healing.

The goal of the fourth book Keys to Healing and Self-Mastery according to the Hathors, a supplementary book to Holographic Sound Healing taught at the Meditation and Qigong Mastery book, and the Omkabah Heart Lightbody Activation video, is to build the Ka and offer readers an effective Hathor’s emotional mastery technique to manage emotional stress, the main cause of disease, in their daily lives and spiritually awaken when emotional stress is cleared, released and stabilized. The goal of the fifth book Return to Oneness with Shiva is to offer a solution to most people whose life challenge is battling their monkey-mind (ego) which I believe is the cause of suffering and can be conquered by becoming like Hanuman whose love and devotion to his Sadguru is shown by the application of Hanuman Qigong and Hunaman ji’s mantras and self-realization teachings of Kashmir Shaivism. Healing with the hologram of love merkaba energy ball of light encoded with the healing conscious mind encodements is also included. Who and what you meditate on, you become.

Immortal Golden Lightbody

The important questions: “Who am I? Why was I born? What is the goal of my life? What am I supposed to accomplish here?” are hopefully answered in the sixth book, Oneness with Shiva, a supplementary book to the “Return to Oneness with Shiva,” with the help of my Siddha Guru Baba Muktananda’s excerpts from his books and my Sadguru Nityananda’s grace which are based from the Self-realization teachings of Kashmir Shaivism. Who and what you meditate on, you become. When you meditate on the Self as the Self, you become one with Shiva, the Self of all.

The seventh book “The Cure and Cause of Cancer: An Alternative Holistic Approach to Heal Cancer,” is focused on the therapeutic measures to heal cancer manifesting in the body through the Budwig diet, Cessiac herbal formulas, electrotherapy, alkaline water, coconut oil, reishi mushroom, cannabis and other tonic herbs to detox the body and boost the body’s Wei Qi immune system fostering an anti-cancer terrain. Oriental medical therapies such as acupuncture, acupressure, pranic healing, meditation and Qigong are also used to balance and build the body’s Qi.

The eighth book “Six healing Qigong sounds” (Liu Zi Jue) has a theoretical basis in the Five Elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine (metal, wood, water, fire and earth), and Five Solid Viscera (heart, liver, spleen, lungs and kidneys).

The Six Healing Qigong Sounds gently vibrate, and massage our internal organs, boost our immune system, clear stagnation and stale energy from our body, harmonize our emotions, balance our body and spirit creating a state of inner peace and radiant energy. The ninth book, Akashic Records Reading with Tao Chang. Akashic is a Sanskrit word for “ethers” or a Quantum Oneness field according to Tao Science. Akashic Records refer to the history and future of ones soul journey towards ones true self united with Tao Source that is accessible by Tao Soul communication with Tao Calligraphy, Tao Songs and Grand Unification (Tao Chang) practice. The nine books in You Hold the Keys to Healing cover the basics of advanced combination of meditation and enlightenment Qigong forms for attaining oneness with higher Self or Self-realization – Atma (Soul) Yoga of Immortality – to become a self-realized being (Zhenren) or Srivatsa symbolized by Swastika.

Review: Keys to Healing and Self-Mastery

The wisdom and healing techniques of many ancient civilizations are as pertinent today as they ever were in the past. In the fascinating and informative Keys to Healing and Self-Mastery according to the Hathors, the fourth book in a series by Ricardo B. Serrano, he has gathered and compiled many healing techniques that can be put into practice by anyone. The practices, diet regimen, and philosophies detailed in the book can help improve one’s health, and are useful at managing the daily stress everyone experiences in their lives.

Who were/are the Hathors? There was a goddess of Egypt called Hathor, but the Hathors mentioned in the chapter “Who the Hathors are & Why They Have Come” are aliens from the Sirius galaxy: “We originally came from another universe by way of Sirius which is a portal to your Universe, and from Sirius we eventually proceeded to your solar system and the etheric realms of Venus.” Whether or not you might believe in the existence of aliens, or think that the Hathors were/are aliens, the information detailed in Serrano’s book can have definite benefits to your health and healing if they are put into practice.

What are the topics discussed within the book? Opening up the chakras, holographic sound healing, the Qigong and how it relates to the holographic sound healing, a chapter on the “Budwig Diet for Cancer and Chronic Diseases,” and one about the importance of flaxseed oil as the richest source of omega-3 EFA, among others.

I was unfamiliar with much of the topics and information described in the book before I read it, but I found it all very interesting and thought-provoking. One does not necessarily have to put into place every practice mentioned within the book to see an improvement in one’s health, but reading about each and its potential benefits was fascinating.

Before reading the book, I had not known that there was any other source of omega-3 fatty acids other than fish. I like eating fish, but for those who don’t, or vegans, flaxseed oil is a great alternative source of omega-3 EFA fatty acids. They are essential fatty acids “the body needs to live, yet cannot make.” These acids, according to the book, “may lower levels of total cholesterol,” “may lower arterial blood pressure,” and “are necessary to the development of the human brain during pregnancy and early childhood,” besides being vital in several other ways to our health.

There are terms in the book such as “auric field” “Ka” and “Sahhu” that many readers might not be familiar with, but there is a handy glossary for the scientific terms, and many of the other terms are defined within the body of the text. The stated goal of the book is “to build the Ka (Merkaba).” The Ka can be considered to be the soul, or “the essential fundamental body,” or “our pranic body.”

Also, another goal is “to attain a Sahhu or immortal golden lightbody.” Doing this, the book asserts, “is the ultimate goal of Taoist, Buddhist, Mayan, Shaivite, Egyptian internal alchemy practices, Qigong, Merkaba meditations, and the Hathor’s Holographic Sound Healing.” Though the title of the book mentions just the Hathors, it really combines elements of these other belief systems, as well.

Keys to Healing and Self-Mastery according to the Hathors by Ricardo B. Serrano, R.Ac., is an excellent addition to his series of books designed to enlighten people and improve their emotional and physical health. I have barely touched on the many topics detailed within the pages of this manual to well-being. It’s best to read and experience the book and then to try out the practices on your own. If you are interested in holistic healing practices, Oriental and world philosophies/religions, and ways to improve your health, in general, this is a book you’ll want to add to your reading lists.

Keys to Healing and Self-Mastery

The goal of the fourth book Keys to Healing and Self-Mastery according to the Hathors, a supplementary book to Holographic Sound Healing taught at the Meditation and Qigong Mastery book, and the Omkabah Heart Lightbody Activation video, is to build the Ka and offer readers an effective Hathor’s emotional mastery technique to manage emotional stress, the main cause of disease, in their daily lives and spiritually awaken when emotional stress is cleared, released and stabilized. Doing this practice will provide a fast, safe way to stabilize your chaotic emotions such anger or fear. Holographic Sound Healing with the Four Sacred Elements is integrated with Ka(Merkaba) Meditation to complement Holographic Lightbody activation, and build the Sahhu or immortal golden lightbody. The Sahhu (also called “immortal golden lightbody”) I’m referring to is the ultimate goal of Taoist, Buddhist, Mayan, Shaivite, Egyptian internal alchemy practices, Qigong, Merkaba meditation, and the Hathor’s Holographic Sound Healing which will be your actualized crystalized replica after the so called “death” of the physical body.

Is it possible to attain a Sahhu or immortal golden lightbody? A definite yes. However, you are the only one who can complete your whole body enlightenment and nobody else.
