You invoke Sri Matangi for her love and compassion by chanting Shyama mantra. For healing and oneness with Tao, you need Six healing Qigong sounds with mantras. To chant Tao is to reach Tao.
With the practice of Kundalini awakening, a practitioner can eventually experience the joy of samadhi. The following verses from the Shiva Sutras of Kashmir Shaivism offer explanation what the state of samadhi (Qigong state) is:
The predominant sign of such a yogi is
joy-filled amazement. – Shiva Sutra 1.12
This yogi is filled with joy and amazement. The Sanskrit word vismaya means “amazement completely filled with joy.” Just as a person seeing some wonderful object is amazed, in the same way, this yogi is filled with amazement who, in the objective world of senses, experiences entry in his own self filled with consciousness, which is unique, intense, always fresh and uncommonly charming, and by which entry all his varieties of organs are filled with blooming, ever smiling, one-pointed joy.
What kind of amazement is this? This yogi, upon entering into that limitless state of bliss (ananda), is never satiated with the experience. On the contrary, he feels bathed with the amazement of joy. This is the predominant state of yoga of a yogi who has become one with the supreme Lord, the supreme tattva, Siva tattva. And by this, you can surmise that he has ascended to the state of Siva.
When he perceives his own nature through subjective perception, then he perceives that he is one with this reality. For him, being wonderstruck and filled with wonderful joy, there is no possibility of traveling the path of repeated births and deaths (Spanda Karika 1.11)
The joy of his samadhi is bliss for the whole universe. – Shiva Sutra 1.18
Whatever joy he feels while he is in samadhi is said to be the insertion of bliss for the whole universe. This yogi doesn’t have to do anything. He only has to remain in samadhi and he will carry the whole universe into that supreme bliss.
According to Kashmir Shaivism teachings found in the Vijnana Bhairava, when a yogi resides with full awareness in the state of subjectivity, with the full joy of experiencing his own nature (camatkara), this is said to be the joy of his samadhi (mystical rapture).
There is another explanation of this sutra given by masters and that is, “Whenever this yogi, who is always residing in his own self (svatmarama), is introverted and established in his own self, then he naturally enjoys the bliss of samadhi. Anyone who sees this and thinks that this yogi is enjoying the bliss of samadhi will, at that very moment, also enter into samadhi. This is just like seeing a cobra not from distance, but face to face.
When you see a cobra and it bites you, you will be filled with the poison of that cobra. In the same way, when you observe a yogi who is established in the joy of samadhi and you understand that he is experiencing the joy of this samadhi, you will at once also relish the joy of samadhi. This reveals how this bliss is bestowed on the whole world.”

The following teachings from Kashmir Shaivism, embodied in the song Imagine, will shed light on the necessity of the practice of Qigong meditation to help people find peace, love, happiness from within themselves rather than focus their dependency from outside.
The sages and saints have said that to end suffering and attain happiness, one must have knowledge of the Self, which is the true source of joy. “Knowledge is the supreme state.” The bliss of the Self is attained only through knowledge. In the Bhagavad Gita the Lord says, “In the world, there is nothing as pure as knowledge.”
That is why it does not matter where you are or where you live, but rather who you are and what your inner state happens to be. The problem lies in your ignorance of your own essential nature. You will gain nothing by changing your country, town, or home; since you take your own destiny with you, you will only be welcoming pain again. It is very good to want freedom, but instead of looking for it in the wrong place, you must discover where it really dwells. The difference between a spiritual being and a politician is this: The politician says, “Bondage is external – break it and then you will obtain the joy of freedom.” But the knower of the Truth says, “O my friend, bondage is not outside, but within you.” No matter how much you try to break your outer fetters, your bondage will only increase. Therefore, you must go where there is supreme freedom – to the inner Self in the heart.
You are entirely responsible for your own state of dependency; in fact, you have become addicted to it. Because you think that the elixir of love is found in dependency, you have made it the abode of your love, and if you were ever to tear down the wall of dependency, you would only build another one somewhere else. However, you must free yourself in every way. Lord Buddha said again and again, “You can certainly come to me, but do not become bound by me.” In the same way, when people ask me, “Is it alright to meditate on you?” I tell them, “Meditate on your own Self.” Although it is difficult, you must escape from the prison of the non-Self. Who is a Hindu? Who is a Jain, a Buddhist, a Sufi, or a Christian? If you are imprisoned in one of these false identities, how can you find freedom of the self? That is why Lord Khrisna said, “Give up all religions and take refuge in me (our inner consciousness) alone.” Discard all false identification with religion. Go to the inner Self for shelter and revel there.
Ascended Master Thoth said, “As we change our personal energy field to the Hologram of Unconditional Love Merkaba we break down linear time and disintegrate the veil. If you’re a practitioner of holistic healing, or you are interested in learning more about it, the series of three books by Ricardo B. Serrano, R. Ac., on the Qi and Qigong types and techniques that culminates with Return to Oneness with Spirit through Pan Gu Shen Gong are ones you will want to check out. Each one is fascinating and informative, going into ancient belief systems and healing techniques like herbology, meditation, the Tao, yoga, acupuncture, and Qi-healing and other Qi Gong practices. I really enjoyed reading the previous two books in the series, Return to Oneness with the Tao and Meditation and Qigong Mastery, but I think this third book is even better than the first two.
In each of the books, the author has used his extensive knowledge of numerous holistic healing practices to analyze what others have previously said about the subjects he discusses. He has taken the combined knowledge of these numerous and varied sources and healing practices and he has collected his findings with his own commentary and analysis into these books, making them invaluable resources.
Specifically, in this third book, Serrano focuses primarily on the Pan Gu Shen Gong, and through his descriptions and the black-and-white photos of himself performing certain techniques, anyone can learn to use Pan Gu Shen Gong to improve your overall health and level of happiness. Also, Serrano elaborates on topics like EFT Qi-healer’s Method to effectively clear and release the emotional debris held in the body, cultivate the Three Treasures of Jing, Qi, and Shen, and strengthen one’s self-awareness through the combination of Toltec wisdom, Qigong, Qi-healing, emotional freedom technique therapy, ear acupuncture, and Chinese tonic herbs.
What is Pan Gu Shen Gong, you ask? According to the book, Pan Gu is “the creator of the universe.” Pan Gu Shen Gong is “also called the Heaven, Earth, Sun and Moon Qigong,” and it “was created by Master Ou Wen Wei.” Another way to put what it is would be to say it’s “a simple but effective Qigong to learn for healing their chronic diseases.” “Jing Shen” refers in Chinese to man’s spirit. The word “Shen” by itself “refers to man’s thinking ability, which is unrestricted and limitless.”
One chapter in the book mentions some of the special features of Pan Gu Shen Qigong. For example, it is easy to learn and grasp, practicing it produces immediate results, only 15-20 minutes of practicing it daily is required, and anyone of any age or ability can learn it. Qi-healing is “a personal, one-on-one energy treatment offered by a Qigong Master.” The Qigong Master emits an energy that “works to fortify the patient’s body, reinforcing the immune system to fight disease, and strengthening Life Force.”
You don’t have to be a Qigong Master or know one to benefit from and learn how to do Pan Gu Shen Qigong. Practicing it can help you heal from a range of eleven categories of diseases, though “it in no way claims to be 100 percent effective in all cases.” Some of the categories are palpitation, coronary heart disease, hypertension; retinitis, allergic rhinitis, cervical spine infection; rheumatic and rheumatoid arthritis; and vertigo and motion sickness.
Return to Oneness with Spirit through Pan Gu Shen Gong is a practical guide to learning about and to practicing Pan Gu Shen Gong to aid in holistic healing. It’s a fascinating compilation of the wisdom and knowledge of the ancients, and demonstrates that modern medicine with all of its wonders and wonder drugs could still stand to learn much from acknowledging the knowledge of healing that people of the past had. This book and the entire series are Must-Reads for anyone interested in holistic healing and how people can benefit from learning to be less dependent on modern-day doctors and medicines. Among other factors for personal transformation and healing, the book mentions that two most powerful factors are “awareness and intention.”
Many of our emotional and physical problems are caused, the book asserts, by a blocking of our life force, or Qi. We must learn what the emotional root cause of the blockage is before we then intentionaly release it through meditation and Qigong. It’s vital to do this, in order to effect a “process of change for personal transformation and healing.”
What is Wuji Qigong? According to the book, it’s “Tai Chi for enlightenment.” Practicing it allows you “to reconnect with the Taoist immortals.” It also “activates one’s lightbody (Merkaba), opens one’s heart to unconditional love and heals holographically.” In the section of Serrano’s book that discusses this, we also learn the importance of the number twelve in Taoist numerology, Sacred Geometry, and the Chinese calendar. As the author notes, twelve is “related to the 12 meridians in your body , and the 12 hour ‘chi clock’ of their flow cycle.”
I can’t cover every topic the book discusses, but I really liked reading the translated quotes from the Tao Te Ching (The Classic Way). Just thinking about some of them can lead to moments of enlightenment, like Koan riddles. One example is:
Since Being and non-being give birth to each other,
Difficulty and ease complete each other,
Long and short measure each other,
High and low overflow into each other,
Voice and sound harmonize with each other,
And before and after follow each other.
Return to Oneness with the Tao by Ricardo B. Serrano, R.Ac. is a worthy addition to the series. We, as humans, attain knowledge and enlightenment in a series of steps, much like steps (or series of books) Serrano has written. This is a book that you’ll want to add to your personal libraries if you read and enjoyed the first book, and it can be enjoyed as a stand-alone book. Once you read it, you’ll want to get the entire series.

“Return to Oneness with Shiva,” is the fifth book in Canadian author Ricardo Serrano’s series on pranic healing for the Integral Studies of Inner Sciences. The four Enlightenment Qigong forms synthesized and taught by Serrano, R.Ac., applied individually or in combination with spontaneous Tibetan Shamanic Qigong and Merkaba/Shaktipat meditation, provide a basic foundation for understanding and experiencing both spiritual enlightenment and healing of the self and others, through contemplations with movement and non-moving meditation, wherein the practitioner is enabled “to return to oneness by connecting oneself with heaven, earth and humanity.”
The earliest written record of Qigong as a healing technique was written during the Han Dynasty (240 B.C.). At that time classic Chinese medicine was a quasi-religious system. Serrano goes to great lengths to expose the reader to the varied and eclectic forms in which it is practiced today throughout the world. He has constantly contemplated the teachings and meditation practices of the great Masters, adding the integration of Qigong with Siddha meditation as his contribution.
