I’m practicing Wing Chun Kung Fu not only for self-defense but also to develop my Jing in the lower dantian to heal chronic diseases, prevent kundalini syndrome seen in so many kundalini meditators.

Kundalini Syndrome (psychosis) is commonly experienced by kundalini shakti meditators with stuck energy in the upper chakras especially in the head.

The spiritual essence of Wing Chun is to be able to harness one’s Qi (Fajing) cultivated via Zhan Zhuang Qigong, and then release it into one’s hands and feet, firstly, then into the Wooden Dummy and finally, into the weapons – first the butterfly knives, then the dragon pole. – Ricardo B Serrano

Fajing is a relaxed and explosive release of Qi.
